“As deep as the belly of a whale, as old as an elephant,” Raina said, referring to my pain. And I knew what she meant.
“But elephants can also swim,” she added.

I am swimming…Swimming through deep endless waters…waters that ask me to face trans-generational trauma embedded in my DNA and process it in my body.
Sometimes it’s hard to know whether its the water that stays as I go, or vice versa.
This is the moment. I am in the meeting. In the place of newness where aliveness meets that which has never been born. That which will never die. In me, in him, in all that is around us.
I am here. I am now.
I know. And I know that I know.
I’m swimming into the Sun.
